John, what was it I needed for the rear suspension conversion? I think you said a section of truck exhaust pipe? cant remember. I was going to start gathering stuff.

Let start a thread for "Frod Fuckus Rear Coiloverizational Mod Howz-to"
we'll do a step by step thing cause there are others about to do the same thang.

(A hunk of non-galvinized 4" .088" wall tube to answer the question)

Excellent, sounds like a plan! And thanks, I will wrangle some of that tube up.

lookie boys, minutes ago.. just ran out of tops but should have 19 units ready for chrome on Monday..
It think it is time to start getting who is getting what formalized and for big fat deposits to start heading this way. I have a lot of dough out on aluminum, steel and sacrifical shocks, and have yet to get bronze and bumpers and I need more seals.

A gallon-sized jar of whole pickles is something to behold. The jar is the size of a small aquarium. The fat green pickles, floating in swampy juice, look reptilian, their shapes exaggerated by the glass. It weighs 12 pounds, too big to carry with one hand. The gallon jar of pickles is a display of abundance and excess; it is entrancing, and also vaguely unsettling.

LOL.You just won this weeks funniest thing on the the internet. thumbs up

However much as it is funny, it is also wrong. That large jar may look like it is full of pickles to the uneducated eye. However, in reality John being such a perfectionist realised that his shocks would also require bespoke green sooper bitchin bump stops. So what you see there is actually his combined marinating process of colouring them to JVL green, and also softening the pickles to the correct shore rating to ensure that on full compression the gherkin stops the jerkin.

Just to be critical 'cause I can't help myself...

It seems John doesn't do very well at 'hide the pickle.'

What exactly is different about the 2 piece stuff, is the knuckle not part of the strut body?

John, I sent you some get-started funds in a check back in December but you didn't deposit it yet.
