> I still say she MUST answer the question asked > (however she like, just give the info) or we > can't help her. Very well...I'll give her one last try. John in his infinite (almost) wisdom (yeah, I'm serious) asked: You start by telling us: what your budget is, what your actual goals are, what sorta crazy stuff you've done, what languages you speak, and read how much you are willing to learn and to do, where can you work on things, how much of a hurry you are to be in the woods Till we get this, we are just wasting electrons. Don't be shy. Nobody will laugh at you no matter how high or low your aspirations/budget/aptitude is. Well, maybe just a little, but it is intended to help you. You've told us you don't want to be a WRC driver...well hallelujah. Narrow it down a bit? ...or were you just joking about wanting to rally and just trolling for geeky guys with greasy fingernails? Wouldn't it be funny if she was Jens' alter-ego ?
Actually it would kinds make a lot of sense, considering he is one fuckstick no one would talk to without getting irritated, perhaps he hatched this Rally Bitch character with whom he can appear to have a conversation. Hell that may even explain the obsession with the strap-on. Cheers M.Samli Phoenix AZ Gaylant VR4 EVO III GSR (Stolen) Rallies are no place for traitors |

Same range of engines are fitted, same hubs, brakes calipers, steering racks, clutchs, gearboxes, axles etc.... preparation involves the exact same mods to the bodyshells: turreted rear shocks , 5 link, etc, so aside from the wheelbase, sheetmetal and glass what is the big difference? I want concrete answers. OK Mr. Show-off, Okay so you can turn a sow's ear into a silk purse. But why? The 20 year rule was rescinded. Unless they write in blood that they will never reinstate that rule, or that there is a thriving historic class of some type that would allow such a bastardized car, I wouldn't suggest someone deplete their bank account building it. When was the last time I built a Capri? Never. My limited knowledge of any Capris was some Zakspeed stuff (note the "was". It was eons ago and I'm lucky I remember my own name, so don't pull some pop quiz crap on me). Lighten up, Dude. Edited 2 time(s). Last edit at 02/17/2006 08:56PM by Jens. |

No this is common knowledge to anybody who has been around rally cars in the last 30 fucking years, Jens. > > Okay so you can turn a sow's ear into a silk > purse. But why? Because you senile dolt, the woman asked about the car, SHE ASKED so she should get an answer to her question not the imbecilic answer you gave. Fogotten it (that Ahlzheimer's is bitch iddnit?) Here is your responne: > My uncle has an old Ford Capri 2800 (I think > that's what it is), how are getting parts for this > car. >>>>"Capris were junk when they were new. You in fact you know nothing and were doing what you typically do when you are dronning incessantly about the WWIII religious ice age which will kill everybody (what do you care you're a dead man as it is now, you clearly hate life) YOU WERE TALKING SHIT. That's why you need top learn to shut the fuck up, Jens. Somebody is trying to learn aabout options, and at the same time about how dialog works, and your stupid and GROUNDLESS BLATHER serves nothing. Leave this to folks who know something about getting people started so the stay in the sport a while. Hey I like the cooking too much, I'd like to lighten up some. Any, Rally Beeeeech, you see it is difficult to get information to people cause far far too many guys out there are completely full of shit, and have never let that stop them from offering "advice" on things they've never seen or done. You gotta watch where you get you advice. > > > > > Edited 2 times. Last edit at Feb 17, 2006 by Jens. Well Kevin thankfully you got that sorted out early on....
Bummer that she turned out to be other then 'as promised.' You are still plenty young and still a descent guy...... You shouldn't have trouble finding another when the time comes. In the meantime.... Yo Samantha.... You want a young guy who would likely only want to play 'Hide the Salami with no strings' who HAS a mostly completed rallycar (Volvo 240... a Good choice) to show you?
