Hi, Debby Downer here,
I went back and counted the modifications listed to make those things go on the track and it was around 75 items. If you figured each was $100, that's a lot. Realistically, they average more like $500 to $1000, so although they don't spend much on polish, it isn't cheap. The Fairmont that Matt used to win the rallycross at NJMP was another goof car that had a lot more going on that it looked like on the outside and it wasn't cheap to build either.
Open Light could have saved rally, it's just that there's that one guy in Ohio (with talent) that stinks up the show.

3:10 til first shot of a car moving. The beer shower cracked me up. Who knew you could get Corona in Maine. Not the worst rally video I've ever seen. Shit, Lil Wayne filmed a music video at Rick's house a few weeks back. He is definitely exposing a new demographic to rally.

From the Show me rally facebook page (no idea how to link a comment so I just copied and pasted)

So bummed to not be racing this awesom some rally!!!!! RA has kicked us out. Apparently we're too mouthy and opinionated. Sorry! We are telling teams here out west what great roads you have!

I asked "Really?"

She responded

Quote

Lori Villasenor ODriscoll Chris did for a year. i did not. They acted like we were super pissed about my time mistake.we were just happy to pull that time out of our butt on the last stage! Kris was so fast !

I really dont give a crap what was said, or if anything was said at all but it seems like RA may be a little thin skinned to me if this is true.
