In an effort to get rid of the nasty funk emanating from the interior of my Legassy, I just did this to it.

Kinda makes me want to finish the job and order some cage tubing... smiling smiley

Unfortunately, I need to reinstall this one. I have the carpet in front of the wood stove drying out, and I think I've isolated the nastiness to the front passenger seat. Excuse me while I peruse NASIOC for some cheap WRX or 2.5 RS seats...

I've got an '94 ej18 sitting on an engine stand that I wouldn't mind getting rid of.

Very nice build. I love getting a lot done, with little budget smiling smiley

so You're from TX, you're in the south west region..

How about you try to win OL in the south west next year (2012). thumbs up smiley You should have several competitors who will do the entire season with you, making it harder to win!

Kris-Jon and Joushua will be back next year and plan to campaign the season,
Welker (former OL champion in the south west) is back with a new, lighter RS 2.5
i think Aaron plans to go more "open" with his open lite car though he won't be doing a full season.
Oh and I'm not too horrible either (my car is a stock RS with Delta 1500 cams + an Ebay front diff) but she runs good.

I competed for 11 coefficients of rally with my next closest competitor only finishing 5. sad smiley (makes for a hollow championship win) If towing / time/ and stuff is feasible for you, please look at running in the south west next year. smiling smiley

price is free since I've pulled most of the brackets off. but it certainly isn't worth the 500 mile drive (I forgot where Charleston was).

I would wait it out for a free ej22 (better???) or go half way to a good u-pull-it.

The EJ18 makes less negative power than a wasserboxer engine in a Vanagoon.

A friend of a friend is looking for one to upgrade their Westfailure, but it'll probably be easier to find a complete Impretzled in New England than go to freakin' Jerzee for one missing most of the ancillaries.

Your friend wants the 3.0 6 cylinder thang and some headerz. That'll make a whan-a-goon scoot.

No. I believe you're mistaken. Texas is in Central Region. And the driver, Brianne Corn completed 10 coefficients for 200 points. Which was good enough for a Central Region championship. We are making plans to be in Michigan in October.
