An updated schedule has been posted.

http://www.olympusrally.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/PrelimOlympus2014Sched2.pdf

More service time has been added on Saturday to make sure that everyone does the Saturday Nahwatzel at night. I wish that I could get out of helping to put on the rally so I could run this stage.

The preliminary supps will be posted as soon as one issue is resolved (whether and, if so, when there will be registration for recce participants on that Thursday).

Are the spectator areas locked in or is there a back way off stage roads?
If so what ones can spectators come and go as they please?

Thanks,
Chris

I can hardly believe it. Here it is Tuesday and we don't leave for the rally til Thursday, and Humpty the Rallykar is as ready to compete as it has ever been, and I include while it's been runnng in the past like, during rallies, since I've owned the silly thing. This I think may be unprecedented. Our usual method of "competing" often involves fixing things while we're in line for tech. My codriver and I installed the very fancy high angle inner CV boots yesterday, did full brake inspection, topped off gearlube, and checked alignment with the sooper sooper tape measure. When you turn the key, the car starts. It even continues to run if you take your foot off the pedal on the right. This phenomenon is called "idling" , I think, and well it didn't really do that last rally. The expensive ironmongery just behind the radiator does something now, instead of just affecting the weight balance. It makes something called "boost" which makes the car "go". Both of these qualities are kinda novel. We have 4 sets of mounted rallytires ready to be used up. Well, to be *finished* using up. New tires were not in the cards, but hopefully what we have gets us through. We're NOT gonna break, dammit, and we're NOT gonna crash....

Sounds like things are going just about as good as anyone could wish. Good luck!

I took a couple pics, some duplicates in there, and crappy cell phone style at that, and I suck at setting up lighting

If anyone needs an extra set of hands in their crew this weekend, PM me. Won't be driving this event but I'll be there both days. I'm nearby in Everett and have a truck with tools, trying to get in on the action.
