I'm just confused about the phrase "national 2wd" in the context of NRS. The national events are invitational, based on maximum points in the "regions". In our case, the ARC.

Matt needs to do more reading! lol

I for one love the format of the invitational event. Win overall in class at an event, invite to the show. Win the overall championship for your class, win an invite.

Beauty of this scenario is both peak performance and consistency can win.

I hope/pray(?) that the national event is BRS this year.

we hope its BRS as well.. did ok there last year smiling smiley we're going for 2WD national however you want to look at it just a fun goal to have most 2WD points overall and we're running as many nasa events as possible assuming no points bs from this past weekend... just looks fun and not as expensive as a RA season obviously (tossing in a few RA events for fun as well) not sure on the format.. doesn't really matter just do our best at each race anyways and win or lose

My god, how could I forget!!! I was JUST laughing over this when I remembered Greg and Pete, quite literally, DANCING when they won the RWV power stage. They finished just before us and were waiting at the ATC to hear what our times were. Once they knew they beat us, they started dancing around. I wish I had it on camera!

The power stage should have been the hillclimb. Paul and I won that OA in a 2wd car at 4000ft above sea level :-) Well we could have won the real Power Stage if it wasn't for a certain classic Porsche that was in the way at half way point of the stage with a 3 minute window. sad smiley

Good christ I suggest we all just mellow the fuck out and when our Hungarian friend here writes anything I suggest you all just quote this:

My entire life I have been around various languages spoken in hugely varying degrees of skill. I myself have been an immigrant and am really first gen US only child in the family born here...and some--silly twats---say they can't understand my Engleski.......9while some have no problems with the exact same words....Hmmmmm were does the problem lie?)

There's fractured language and then there is just flat not getting the point ever...regardless of how its phrased..
Evo man seems to have learned English via a defective phrase book...seems i say.. But I know that's not it... I mean Paulinho is a gawddamn Pork-n-cheese*, Ozgur is a savage Turk, Simonm Wright is a sodding Pommie bastid about as mixed up in his pedigree as I am...

THEY, WE don't seem to misunderstand EVERYTHING all the time...

Just some things some of the time.

or everything some of the time

or some things all of the time...

Or sumpin...

Just quote the vid and that's probably safest...

From what Anders had said we did even sitting behind him for 6 miles, but because we were in "super rally" it didn't count.
